  Jose Romeu Torres

  MD

  Dr. Jose Romeu Torres has always wanted to be a physician and says that his patients are his favorite part of his profession. “Helping them and seeing them improve right in front of you is the most rewarding aspect of my job,” he says. Communication and availability are key in his practice. “I try to impact their lives by giving them the best healthcare I can offer and also be listening to them,” he explains. He adds, “The senior population is often forgotten or misunderstood, but they offer a well of knowledge and wisdom.” When not caring for patients, Dr. Romeu Torres can be found spending time with his daughter. He also enjoys hiking, kayaking, and participating in his younger brother’s video game streams.

  Chevonne Singh

  DNP, APRN-BC

  Chevonne Singh’s decision to pursue a career as a nurse practitioner was influenced by her “desire to promote health and wellness” and “advocate for patients in a holistic manner.” She explains, “I love being able to take the time to understand their individual needs and concerns, allowing me to provide personalized care.” She strives to create a “welcoming environment” and “makes it a priority to follow up” with patients. She especially enjoys empowering her senior patients and “helping them navigate the challenges that come with aging.” In her free time, Chevonne Singh loves making memories and enjoying quality time with her family. They especially enjoy traveling together and exploring new destinations.

  Joseph Ciszewski

  DO

  Dr. Joseph Ciszewski finds it inspiring to care for the most at risk and in need populations. “I was blessed to have the most amazing grandparents, which has given me a genuine reverence for senior populations,” he explains. He enjoys caring for and talking with his patients as people, rather than as only symptoms or diagnoses. He strives to involve patients in the decision-making surrounding their care and encourages them to engage in “open dialogue without judgement.” To positively influence the well-being of his patients, he aims to help them “balance their quality of life with necessary medical therapy and care.” When not caring for patients, Joseph can be found golfing or spending time with his friends and dog, Tucker.

  Andrew P. Villamagna

  MD, MSc, FAAFP

  Dr. Andrew P. Villamagna worked as a Chemical Engineer before attending medical school. He specializes in family medicine and says, “the relationship with the patient and whole family is what drew me to this vocation.” Dr. Villamagna strives to build strong relationships with his patients by showing he cares about all aspects of their lives. “I enjoy hearing their stories, laughing, and crying with them,” he adds. Dr. Villamagna says he wants “to give back to all seniors for the sacrifices they made.” An advocate for healthy living, Dr. Villamagna has participated in several marathons and triathlons, has a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, and enjoys hiking and fishing with his children. He hopes to one day visit Sicily, his ancestral home.
