  Jennifer Casey

  MD, MHA, FAAFP

  Dr. Jennifer Casey’s love for science and people started when she was a teenager—and it has only grown during her career as a board-certified family medicine physician and healthcare leader. “My brightest days come from being with and taking care of others, especially those in need,” she says. “Having time to listen to seniors, appreciate their histories, and advocate for their health are favorite parts of my day.” In addition, Dr. Casey considers it an honor to work alongside other committed healthcare workers. During down time, she likes to keep up with medical research, entertain family and friends, cook, and volunteer in the community. Dr. Casey also enjoys spending time on Lake Erie and hiking historical sites around the world.

  Diangie Acosta Bonilla

  MD, MSP

  Dr. Diangie Acosta Bonilla loves building relationships with her patients and their families. “Knowing that I have been able to help others for the better is what makes me continue to do what I do with love and passion,” she says. She explains that “trust and honesty” are key in her practice. “I will do my best to take care of you and provide you with the information and education you need about your health, but I will need you to do your best to keep up with your health. Together, I believe we can get to the quality of life that you deserve,” she explains. In her free time, Dr. Acosta Bonilla enjoys painting, visiting the beach, spending time with her husband, and exploring the town. She also proudly serves in the Army Reserves.

  Fallon Banton

  MD

  A love of science and a desire to help others led Dr. Fallon Banton to the medical field. She loves taking the time to get to know her patients. “I feel like I have done my job when my patients feel heard. It’s vital for a doctor-patient relationship and building that trust over time,” she explains. She adds, “By better knowing a patient, I can share in the highs and lows in a more meaningful way.” She strives to treat patients how she would want her friends and family to be treated. She is committed to lifelong learning and enjoys sharing experiences with collegues. Dr. Banton enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family. She shares that she is the first person in her family to pursue higher education.
